These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Vokabo app ("the App") provided by KLL Dev ("we", "us"), a developer based in the United Kingdom. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies to your use of the App.

Acceptable use

Use the App lawfully. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disrupt, or misuse it beyond what the law permits. You're responsible for the content you add to your own library.

Subscriptions (Vokabo Pro)

• Vokabo Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered as monthly and annual plans, sold through the App Store. The annual plan may include a free trial.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription renews automatically and your account is charged for the next period.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription during the trial.
• Manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple Account settings. Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region.
• The free features of Vokabo remain available without a subscription.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Translations, definitions, and AI-generated content are produced on your device and may be imperfect; please use your judgement, especially for important use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KLL Dev will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll revise the date above when we do; continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law in your country of residence applies to you.
