These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Airline Executive app ("the App") provided by KLL Development ("we", "us"), a developer based in the United Kingdom. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies to your use of the App.

Acceptable use

Use the App lawfully. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disrupt, or misuse it beyond what the law permits. Airline Executive is a fictional simulation; airline, aircraft, and place names are used for historical flavour and do not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

Purchases (Full Game Unlock)

• Airline Executive is free to start. The Full Game Unlock is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that removes the trial limits. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The unlock is tied to your Apple Account, is family-shareable, and can be restored on your devices via Restore purchases.
• Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region. The free portion of the game remains available without any purchase.
• Purchases are processed by Apple; any refund requests are handled by Apple under their terms.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The simulation, its economic models, and historical data are provided for entertainment and may be simplified or imperfect.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KLL Development will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll revise the date above when we do; continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law in your country of residence applies to you.
